 .They look like some kind of houseleek flowers. Semprevivum as someone said below .-- 'Keijunlilja; Gloriosa superba; Glory lily'  : Joanna Definitely Sempervivum (Houseleeks). Lovely little plants I wouldn't know which variety but they look like the standard sort, rather than the fancy cobwebby ones (or any of the interesting colour variants).
Its also a nice shot too, the flowers stand out well against the background. Thank You^^
